Correspondent Channel
Training & Certification
To become eligible to submit loans through an investor’s Correspondent channel, you must complete the required training steps below.
Attendance is Required for Access
Collect the completion code provided at the end of each live session. Without completing both steps, you will not be authorized to proceed with loans through that investor’s Correspondent channel.
Complete the Required Overview Training
Start by reviewing the Overview of Correspondent Channel course and passing the associated quiz. This training provides the foundational requirements and process guidelines for using the Correspondent channel.
Attend Investor Live Training
After passing the overview quiz, you must attend the live training session(s) required by the investor you plan to work with. Each investor maintains its own training schedule and certification requirements.
Request Correspondent Access
After completing the required training and collecting your attendance code, submit your access request for review and final approval.
